• The charter prices are in Thai Baht and include the 7% VAT Tax.
• Prices shown in Singapore Dollars (S$) here are indicative only and are subject to change without prior notice based on the current exchange rates.
• Booking of the yacht(s) will be made via Private Vault, and all payment will be made directly to the yachting partner upon confirmation of booking.
• Guests are expected to present confirmation voucher upon arrival on board.
• Reservation Policy: All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our yachting partner.
• Cancellation made by our yachting partner: We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as: Equipment failure, Adverse weather conditions which deem cruising unsafe. Our yachting partner will offer guest an alternative date. If no alternative date is agreeable, a full refund will be offered.
• Cancellation made by guest:
  – Cancellations less than 24 hours before charter date, the charter fee will not be refunded.
  – Cancellations less than 72 hours before charter date – 50% of charter fee is refundable.
• No-show Policy: For No-Show, we will keep 100% of the charter fees.
• Cruising Area: During day trips, the fleet will have a fixed itinerary for the days as agreement between guests, yachting partner and captain recommendation. If this itinerary is unattainable due to weather conditions, then the captain reserves the right to change the itinerary to a safer cruising route for the guests.
