• VIP services are subject to Covid 19 guidelines and restrictions. Please email contact@millionaireasia.com for more information.
• Midnight surcharge: A surcharge per trip / hour as indicated above is applicable for trips with a scheduled or actual pick-up time from 23.00 to 07.00 hours, both times included.
• Waiting time: A surcharge as indicated above per block of 15 minutes for waiting time beyond the initial 45 minutes shall apply.
• Transfer: This is a one-way between two locations in Singapore.
• Hourly disposal: This is a service where client will have the vehicle with driver at their disposal during the reserved hours. For hourly disposal any time in excess of 15 minutes, it will be rounded up to 1 hour.
• Extra stop: Applicable for Arrival, Departure and One-way transfers at, charged at the rate as indicated above.
• Cancellation / Amendment: No charge shall be imposed for any cancellation made more than 12 hours prior to the requested pick-up time. Full charges will apply for cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the requested pick-up time. No charge shall be imposed for any amendment made more than 8 hours prior to the requested pick-up time. For any amendment of pick-up time or type of service and/or vehicle made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, the full charge shall apply.
• Non-arrivals: Driver will wait for client up to a maximum of one hour after actual flight landing time or unit the designated luggage belt it cleared, whichever is longer. In the event of non-arrival of the client on the reservation date and time, the full charge will apply.
• Entry to Sentosa: Entrance fee to Sentosa for vehicle and/or passenger(s), if any, will be borne by the passenger.
• Special events: During special events (Airshow, F1 etc), a surcharge on above mentioned rates might apply, depending on the market situation. In such cases, our partner will inform the client in advance.
• Please indicate the service and total number of hours required under Special Requests in your booking.
• Booking will be made via Private Vault, and all payments will be made directly to the partner.
